Pulsating pressure injection molding equipment passed the identification

Guangzhou Bochuang Machinery Co., Ltd. has successfully collaborated with the National Engineering Research Center for Polymer New Forming Equipment at South China University of Technology to develop and produce the "Pulsating Pressure Induced Plastic Products Injection Molding Equipment" project. Recently, this innovative project passed a provincial technical appraisal, marking a significant milestone in the field of injection molding technology. This project is one of the key technological achievements from Bochuang and Huagong’s winning bid in the 2003 major equipment technology innovation project in Guangdong Province—titled "High-speed and High-efficiency Integrated Precision Injection Molding Equipment." Since its inception, the project has received strong support from the Guangdong Provincial Economic and Trade Commission. Borch combined rigorous theoretical research with the practical needs of its production system and customers in the injection molding industry, successfully fulfilling all commitments made during the bidding process. During the appraisal, the committee reviewed detailed reports on the trial production and actual manufacturing of the products by both South China University of Technology and Guangzhou Bochuang Machinery Co., Ltd. They also examined technical documents, quality inspection reports from the National Plastic Machinery Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and conducted an on-site evaluation of the BT80V prototype machine. After thorough discussions, the committee concluded that the product's performance parameters fully meet the project requirements and industry standards, and have been well received by end-users. The equipment introduces a vibration force field throughout the entire polymer injection filling process, representing a notable technological breakthrough. The technology is considered among the best in the country. Bochuang has advanced production facilities and comprehensive testing methods, making it well-prepared for large-scale manufacturing. This development not only enhances the company’s competitive edge but also contributes significantly to the advancement of plastic processing technology in China.
