Pulsating pressure injection molding equipment passed the identification

Guangzhou Bochuang Machinery Co., Ltd. has successfully collaborated with the National Engineering Research Center for Polymer New Forming Equipment at South China University of Technology to develop and produce the "Pulsating Pressure Induced Plastic Products Injection Molding Equipment." This innovative project recently passed a provincial technical appraisal, marking a significant milestone in the field of injection molding technology. The project is part of the scientific and technological achievements from Bochuang and Huagong's winning entry in Guangdong Province's 2003 major equipment technology innovation initiative—titled "High-speed and High-efficiency Integrated Precision Injection Molding Equipment." Since its inception, the project has received strong support from the Provincial Economic and Trade Commission. Borch has effectively combined rigorous theoretical research with practical applications, integrating key technical advancements from South China University of Technology into its own production system and customer needs, fulfilling all commitments during the bidding process. During the appraisal, the committee reviewed detailed reports on trial production and actual manufacturing by both institutions. They carefully examined the technical documentation, as well as the test reports from the National Plastic Machinery Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. On-site testing of the BT80V prototype was conducted, and after thorough discussions, the committee concluded that the product’s performance parameters fully meet the project requirements and industry standards, with positive feedback from end-users. This groundbreaking equipment introduces a vibration force field throughout the entire polymer injection filling process, showcasing notable technical innovation and placing it at the forefront of domestic technology. Bochuang’s production facilities and process equipment are advanced, and their testing methods are comprehensive, ensuring the capability for large-scale production. The success of this project not only highlights the company’s technological strength but also reinforces its position as a leader in the injection molding industry.
