Mixer GPS reversal Hall sensor how to install?

Today, Xiao Bian collected the installation steps of the GPS sensor for the mixer's forward and reverse Hall sensors, letting the owners of mixing trucks know about it.

1. First, temporarily connect the sensor probe with the bracket and fix it in one place. In the whole part, it is close to the detection position of the shaft and the wheel (note that the probe is separated from the magnetic steel, and the magnet is fixed on the shaft or wheel of the drum); Open the screws and adjust the sensor distance before tightening the screws.

2. After the circuit is properly connected, the drum of the cement mixer truck is in a rotating state. Observe the flickering of the sensor light (when forward rotation: the indicator light is steady green, only the magnetic steel flashes when passing through the probe; when it is reversed: the indicator light is red The light is always on, only the magnet flashes when passing through the probe; when it is stopped: the indicator light flashes red; pay special attention to when the magnet is in the position of the probe when the magnet is stopped, the indicator light does not shine, it is also normal). The indicator flashes in the wrong condition. Rotate the sensor probe until the indicator light flashes.

3. After fixing the sensor angle, fix the sensor probe and bracket, and place a drop of screw fastening glue between the bracket and the sensor fixing clamp and the original vehicle screw to prevent the screw from loosening.

4. Only the S pole of the magnetic steel can work normally for the sensor probe, and the other side can't work towards the sensor probe (when working or not, please refer to the blinking condition of the sensor indicator; the indicator light of the magnetic steel S pole changes towards the sensor probe; The indicator light does not change when the magnet faces the sensor probe on the other side.) Note: The trajectory of the magnet follows the line drawn on the probe.

Vinyl flooring is a new type of resilient flooring in the market. Resilient flooring is simply artificial composite floors such as rubber, plastic, PVC, linoleum and the latest addition, Vinyl. They are produced massively in many parts of the world especially North America. Such synthetic flooring, which has been around for more than a century, act as a cost efficient substitute to natural floors such as wood, concrete, ceramic and marble.
Vinyl flooring, together with linoleum flooring are the first few Eco friendly resilient floorings in the market which is going to last for centuries to come. However today, high end resilient flooring (HERF) which is made up of 100% pure virgin vinyl pulp is taking over the conventional vinyl flooring with new technology and glueless installation system.
Pros of Vinyl Plank Flooring
Vinyl flooring is water resistant, making it a great choice for both bathrooms and kitchens. In fact, vinyl is better at sealing against water damage than laminate and hardwood. What's more, some vinyl options are totally waterproof.

Vinyl plank can be installed directly on top of your subfloor, making the process quick, cost-effective and easy (given that the subfloor is in good condition). When you remove your old flooring, inspect the subfloor to make sure it's in good shape before adding vinyl on top.

Vinyl is a long-lasting flooring product and can last up to 20 years. Once it's down, you'll have a great floor for years to come.
