1. Pre-sales service

Some clients are new to this field and may not know how to confirm the configuration list. Since we have experience, we can give some suggestions and also provide examples from other clients, helping them understand what they need exactly.

We also have a process video for the brewing equipment. If the client doesn't understand the process, we can send it. We will provide a layout based on the client's floor plan or their requirements. A 3D layout is also available, which helps the client better understand the project.

We will also provide detailed diagrams of the tanks. This allows the client to see if it meets their needs and make modifications before placing an order.

2. After-sales service

When loading the equipment, we will take photos and show them to the client to confirm everything is in the container.

Installation is another important issue. Clients can choose from two options:

1). We can send an engineer to help install and debug the equipment. If needed, the engineer can also teach the client how to brew beer.

2). We can provide piping and wiring diagrams. These are useful for installation, allowing the client to install the equipment themselves.

3). The sales representative will stay in contact with the client until the equipment runs smoothly. Once the client needs assistance or accessories, the sales team will provide them promptly.

It is very important during the order to ensure the equipment arrives in good condition from the seller to the buyer.

To ensure this, we do the following:

1. Wooden case or steel frame – this is suitable for loading but may incur extra costs. Some tanks might not fit due to size, but this can be confirmed during the order discussion.

2. Generally, we use stretch film, which is free and prevents scratches. All accessories are covered with cartons.
