The reason for the analysis is mainly the magnetic field strength fixed by the magnetic agglomeration gravity concentrator, which cannot change with the change of the ore property, thus affecting the selection index.
In recent years, domestic research on electromagnetic gathering machines has become more and more in-depth, and the technology has become more and more mature. The alternating current magnetic field is generated by the energized coil to replace the invariable magnetic field, and good indicators are obtained. The principle of composite electromagnetic field sorting: In view of the insurmountable shortcomings of the magnetic polymer machine, after careful research, the electromagnetic field is used to replace the ring-shaped permanent magnetic field in the original magnetic polymer machine. Because the electromagnetic field has a great advantage: when it is required to generate a magnetic field, the electromagnetic coil is energized, and when the magnetic field is not present, the coil is powered off, so that the presence or absence of the magnetic field can be easily controlled. This is not possible with permanent magnets. It is further enlightened by the working principle of the three-phase asynchronous motor. (3) Adjusting the settling speed of the magnetically permeable particles by adjusting the energization switching frequency of the coil to achieve the optimal process requirements. The structure of the selection machine is shown in Figure 2, and its characteristics are as follows:
(1) The selection machine improves the processing capacity of a single machine by making full use of the electromagnetic field generated by the electromagnetic coil. The composite magnetic system is formed to ensure that the mineral is subjected to a magnetic field multiple times in order to achieve a complete agglomeration and to improve the sorting effect.
(3) There is a fixed magnetic field coil on the top of the selection machine, the purpose is to keep the overflow surface stable and not “turning black to run mine”.
