The solution of sucker problem of imported sewage suction truck and the role of residue pump

The usefulness of the residue pump is to evacuate the air in the canister of the suction pump so that the inside of the canister is in a vacuum state. The length of the suction tube is 1950mm, the diameter is 200mm, and the thickness is 4mm. The original straw is made of aluminum alloy. If you import straw from abroad, it will be laborious, costly, and time-consuming; for the time being, there is no similar product in China. We rely on our own technical strength to solve this problem.

First, use a lighter, less expensive 4mm thick aluminum plate to process the shape of the original pipette. During use, it was found that the serrated portion of the pipette nozzle is made of aluminum plate, which is softer. When the pipe is suctioned, the strength is not enough, and the impact resistance performance is lower. Poor, it is often prone to bending inwards, and larger debris can easily get stuck and affect the effect of dirt absorption. According to the existing knowledge and experience, if stainless steel is used for production, although the strength of the suction port part can meet the requirements, the steel pipe is heavy, which is inconvenient for actual operation, affects personal safety, and is not economic from the economic point of view. After comprehensive consideration, a solution to the problem was proposed. In the nozzle part of the aluminum suction tube, a stainless steel 2Cr13 steel tube with a saw tooth shape with a length of 200 mm and a thickness of 4 mm was sheathed with an inner diameter similar to the outer diameter of the aluminum tube. The two are connected together with rivets (at the same time removing the serrated part of the aluminum tube), as shown in Fig. 2, which not only increases the impact strength of the suction port part, but also increases the weight of the straw by only a little, which is economical and does not affect the actual Operation, in full compliance with all aspects of the requirements. The air in the tank is evacuated, the tank enters a vacuum state, and then the external sewage is pumped into the tank through the pipe. In addition, the tank body is discharged by pressurizing the tank body.

The so-called residue pump is to evacuate the air of the tank body, and it can absorb the sewage dirt into it. This is a physical effect.

Sewage suction residue pump is commonly used in biogas tanks for sewage, toilets out of toilets, fish ponds for slurry, chicken factory pig manure, hotel liquidation waste residue and domestic wastewater, factory sewage, and urban sewage.
