The second largest increase in oil prices in the history of Shanghai No. 93 sales 8.27 yuan

The National Development and Reform Commission issued a notice last night, raising the retail prices of refined oil from midnight today – gasoline and diesel were both raised by RMB 600/ton, and the corresponding increases for gasoline and diesel were 6.4% and 7% respectively. After this adjustment, the domestic No. 93 gasoline for the first time stood on the 8 yuan / liter mark.

This is the second time this year China has raised oil prices. After this increase, the domestic retail price of refined oil products hit a record high after the reform of the refined oil pricing mechanism. The latest adjustment was on February 8, when the retail prices of gasoline and diesel were raised by RMB 300/t.

The price adjustment was only a month or more since the last price adjustment. However, during this period, affected by the geopolitical crisis in Iran, the international oil price rose sharply. As of yesterday, the weighted average price change rate of the three places of crude oil (Brent, Dubai, and Sinta) announced by Shiwang Energy has also reached 11.07%. , far more than 4% of the price adjustment boundary conditions.

According to the data provided by the Shanghai Municipal Price Bureau, after this adjustment, the retail price of gasoline in Shanghai No. 93 was 8.27 yuan per liter, up by 0.48 yuan per liter; retail price of No. 97 gasoline was 8.8 yuan per liter, up by 0.51 yuan per liter. In terms of diesel, No. 0 Shanghai-four diesel oil was adjusted to 8.19 yuan / liter, up 0.52 yuan, -10 Shanghai-four diesel oil adjusted to 8.68 yuan / liter, up 0.55 yuan / liter.

The price adjustment rate of 600 yuan per ton is the second largest increase since the introduction of China's refined oil price adjustment mechanism in May 2008. The biggest increase in history came from June 20, 2008, when domestic gasoline and diesel prices rose by 1,000 yuan per ton. In line with this increase, on June 30, 2009, domestic gasoline and diesel prices rose by 600 yuan per ton.

However, there are also industry insiders that, taking into account the current oil price base is far higher than in 2008 and 2009, so the proportion of this increase is not large. The market organization estimates that the average change rate of crude oil prices in the three places referenced by China's oil product price adjustment has exceeded 10%, far higher than the 4% price adjustment reference line, and the corresponding price increase rate is at least 900 yuan per ton.

After the price adjustment, the maximum supply prices of gasoline and diesel were 9580 yuan and 8,730 yuan respectively. "Compared with 11% of the three crude oil rate of change, the rate of adjustment of less than 7% is now a certain discount." An Xun Siwang Energy analyst Wang Wang said.

Lin Boqiang, director of the Energy Economics Research Center at Xiamen University, said, “The government’s previous price adjustments actually had some reservations for the country and it was also for the maintenance of people’s livelihood, and any adjustments were made, and basically no time was adjusted. This is a matter of China’s national conditions. ”

However, consumers are quite shocked when the price of oil comes to the 8th century, and they are not sympathetic to the practice of “compromising”. Some netizens expressed their emotions: "You can afford a car and you can't afford to drive it." In order to save about 5 cents per liter cheaper, yesterday night, most of the city's gas stations have long queues.

Regarding the price adjustment, although the oil refiners clapping fast, but as consumers of the car owners are endless, especially the increase in the cost of the taxi group is even more obvious. The prices of gasoline and diesel were raised by RMB 600 per ton, about RMB 0.51 per liter for diesel, and RMB 0.44 per liter for gasoline. Based on this calculation, the tank is a 55-litre ordinary sedan, and it takes 24.2 yuan more to fill up a full tank of oil.
