PCBWay Plug-In for OpenSCAD

Exciting news! We’re thrilled to share that PCBWay has joined forces with OpenSCAD by integrating their plugin directly into the software. Starting today, users of OpenSCAD can seamlessly transition to the PCBWay platform to place their orders, streamlining the pre-production process significantly. This collaboration makes it easier than ever for creators and engineers to move from design to production without unnecessary delays.

To get started, visit the OpenSCAD website and download the latest version of the software: OpenSCAD Download.

Once you’ve completed your design in OpenSCAD, navigate to the “Design” menu and select the option labeled “3D Print.” A new dialog box will appear, prompting you to choose your preferred service provider.

In this dialog box, look for the PCBWay option and click “OK.” You’ll then be redirected to PCBWay’s 3D printing pricing interface where you can fine-tune your specifications before submitting your order.
