Nationwide Coils Attends the Synergy 2021 Construction Forum.

Every year, Synergy Solution Group organizes a variety of forums and events designed to bring together industry professionals, foster connections, and promote knowledge sharing. When Kathy Gausselin, Member Support Specialist at Synergy, reached out to us about participating in their event with a short presentation, we were excited to take part. It was a natural fit for Chris Wright, our Chicago Branch Manager, who has deep roots in the local construction community.

The Synergy 2021 Construction Forum took place from July 25th to 27th and brought together VPs, project managers, and operations managers from across the construction sector. Given that this group represents a significant portion of our client base, it was a great opportunity to reconnect with existing clients and introduce our services to new ones.

Before Chris took the stage, Brad Miller and Chalo Cipriano from ACIS welcomed us with a warm introduction. Brad highlighted how Nationwide Coils supported them during the Texas storm in February and praised our consistent service throughout the first half of the year. He even shared an impressive recent success story—30 coil changeouts completed the day before without any issues. Chalo emphasized how our accurate measurements and precise connection points made the installation process smooth and efficient for their team.

2021 has been a challenging year for the HVAC industry, especially when it comes to coil manufacturing lead times. Despite these challenges, Nationwide Coils has remained committed to delivering reliable service to our clients. We're seeing signs of recovery, and it's always rewarding to hear positive feedback from those who rely on our support. During his presentation, Chris outlined what Nationwide Coils offers, focusing on our nationwide network of dedicated branch representatives. One attendee asked, “What if you don’t have a representative in my area?” That’s a great question. While we have a strong presence across the U.S. and Puerto Rico, we also serve many customers outside our branch locations. Our team works closely with clients to capture accurate measurements using photos, our advanced software, and a comprehensive database of coil drawings. If needed, we can arrange a site visit. Additionally, we’re continuously evaluating new locations to expand our reach and better serve our clients.

Beyond the presentation, Nationwide Coils sponsored the networking break, offering attendees some much-needed refreshments.
