Hunan Electric pump C720 condensate pump passed the identification
Recently, the Changsha Hunan Electric Pump Factory in Hunan Province has successfully developed the C720 vertical multi-stage bagged condensate pump, which has now passed expert evaluation. The appraisal panel highly praised the factory's capabilities, noting that its production of equipment for 600MW and above large-scale thermal power units has reached a level that is among the best domestically. This achievement marks a significant step forward in the company’s efforts to enhance its technological competitiveness in the power industry.
During the appraisal meeting, Li Pujiang, the deputy chief engineer from the Changsha Hunan Electric Pump Factory, presented the structural and performance details of the C720II-4a-type condensate pump. Zhang Guoping, the main designer, provided a comprehensive summary of the pump’s trial operation, including design features, process characteristics, and key performance parameters such as flow rate, head, and efficiency. Following a thorough review and detailed discussions, the experts unanimously approved the product, confirming its technical maturity and market potential.
This successful appraisal not only highlights the company’s strong R&D capabilities but also reinforces its position as a key player in the domestic power equipment sector. With this new product, the factory is well-positioned to meet the growing demand for high-efficiency condensate pumps in large thermal power plants across China.
