High Precision Compressed Air HEPA filter
1. Separator /Filter (A-lever air filter):
Ideal for removing large quantities of liquid and 3um condensation particles, with a maximum residual oil content of 5ppm and a two-stage filtration system.
2. General common conveying air pipe filter (B-lever air filter):
Designed to remove 1um particles, with a maximum residual oil content of 1ppm. Both the inside and outside of the filter element are resistant to corrosion.
3. High efficiency removing oil filter (C-lever air filter):
Perfect for removing fine condensation water vapor and oil mist, capable of filtering out 0.01um particles with a maximum residual oil content of 0.01ppm. Both sides of the filter element are corrosion-resistant.
4. Oil vapor filter (D-lever air filter, Deodorization filter):
Effective in removing oil vapor and hydrocarbon vapor that can be absorbed by activated carbon, with a maximum residual oil content of 0.003ppm. The inside and outside of the filter element are also protected against corrosion.
5. Air intake temperature at point A is ≤80ºC, and at other points is ≤66ºC, with pressure ≤1.3Mpa.
