High Precision Compressed Air HEPA filter
1. Separator /Filter (A-lever air filter):
Designed for large quantities of liquid and 3um condensation particles, with a maximum residual oil content of 5ppm, and featuring a two-stage filtration system.
2. General common conveying air pipe filter (B-lever air filter):
Ideal for filtering 1um particles, with a maximum residual oil content of 1ppm. Both the inside and outside of the filter element are resistant to corrosion.
3. High efficiency removing oil filter (C-lever air filter):
Efficiently removes fine condensation water vapor and oil mist, capable of capturing 0.01um particles with a maximum residual oil content of 0.01ppm. Both the inside and outside of the filter element are corrosion-resistant.
4. Oil vapor filter (D-lever air filter, Deodorization filter):
Effective for removing oil vapor and hydrocarbon vapor that can be absorbed by activated carbon, with a maximum residual oil content of 0.003ppm. Both the inside and outside of the filter element are corrosion-resistant.
5. Air intake temperature at point A is <=80ºC, other points are <=66ºC, and pressure is <=1.3Mpa.
