[Design Solution] Building Device Monitoring System Based on Intelligent Router

At present, most of the monitoring of building equipment is based on manual inspections. For example, for some equipment that needs real-time monitoring, maintenance personnel are usually placed next to the equipment. Of course, the drawbacks of this model are also obvious. It not only consumes a lot of human resources, but also greatly increases the cost of monitoring. The current on-line equipment fault monitoring system mostly adopts the acquisition card and PC mode. The acquisition card is responsible for collecting data, and the PC is responsible for data processing and transmission. This kind of system is bulky and expensive, and is not suitable for applications where the production equipment is dispersed and the work environment is harsh. In order to solve these problems, this paper applies intelligent router related technology and Internet technology to the design scheme of equipment monitoring system, making the equipment failure detection system have remote monitoring function.


1, remote equipment monitoring system <br> <br> This design principle of the Internet-based remote equipment monitoring system, mainly in building equipment or industrial equipment, PLC control cabinet, intelligent routers, remote server four parts, shown in Figure 1. 2.2 Main Software Description Open Wrt is an open source linux distribution with excellent extensibility and powerful networking components. It is suitable for all types of embedded devices and routing devices. Open Wrt's file system is writable, meaning that users can freely add what they need without recompiling the entire system firmware. Lighttpd is an open source web server software designed for high-performance websites with features such as good performance, low memory overhead, rich modules, and very low CPU usage. Lighttpd is designed to provide a site server environment that is well-suited for high-performance websites, and is compatible, fast, secure, and flexible.

In data monitoring, the system also stores the hash value as the unique identifier of the device. The purpose of this is to make it possible to modify the device information in the future without modifying too many data tables. Under normal circumstances, in order to better understand the operating status of a device, it is often more than just monitoring one device point of the device, but multiple, and each monitored point may need to be different depending on the sensitivity of its own data. Data monitoring speed. In order to facilitate the user to add new equipment and various information of equipment points and alarm points that need to be monitored, the system provides the user with the tftp transmission mode, so that the user can directly transmit the monitoring file with the specified format to the intelligent router. The user only needs to fill in the relevant file name and tftp server ip when adding a new device.

3.2 Alarm processing

The monitoring system designed in this paper is applied to most of the monitored devices. In addition to monitoring the switching status of a light bulb, such as a light bulb, it is necessary to monitor such numerical values ​​as temperature and humidity. Compared with the numerical value, the switch quantity will be relatively simple to monitor. The monitoring of the numerical value is slightly more complicated because the value of the numerical value is smooth, so that the value may fluctuate up and down from the alarm value in the case of external disturbance. Eventually the system will appear to alarm without warning. In order to solve the above problem, this paper sets a buffer for the numerical alarm value. It mainly includes data acquisition programs and alarm programs.
