Scrap Cable Recycling Machine Processing Procedures:
  1. Wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are broken down, allowing the plastic sheath to be separated from the copper. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the screen, which can be adjusted based on the type of material being processed.
  2. The resulting mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces is transported to the separator. During this step, dust and lightweight plastic fragments (such as fibers, ropes, or tapes) are collected by a pressure-reducing blower. A dust collection bag prevents environmental pollution and is emptied when full.
  3. The separator utilizes differences in specific gravity and physical properties between materials. By adjusting the conveying speed and vibration amplitude, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move downward, while lighter plastic pieces rise. They are then discharged through separate outlets.
  4. All components are mounted on a base frame, forming a compact unit. The machine is pre-adjusted before shipping, making it easy for customers to set up by simply connecting to power.
