Autodesk Paves Path to Digital Transformation in the Cloud
Autodesk University 2022 kicked off on September 27, 2022, in New Orleans, marking the return of the company’s flagship event after two years of virtual participation. Autodesk Forma is tailored for the AEC industry, streamlining BIM workflows to support planning and early-stage design. Autodesk Flow targets M&E, offering end-to-end asset management and production lifecycle integration. Meanwhile, Autodesk Fusion focuses on D&M, connecting product development from concept to manufacturing.
Raji Arasu, CTO at Autodesk, highlighted the value of these new platforms. “Fusion 360 exemplifies where we’re taking our industry clouds—offering a connected environment that supports the entire project lifecycle,†he said. “As we expand each cloud, a central information model will ensure every team member gets the right data, at the right time, on any device.â€
Underpinning these innovations is Autodesk Platform Services, the evolution of Forge. This platform empowers customers to build custom solutions, integrate third-party tools, and create smarter workflows.
