Working Principle of Vacuum

Inside the round pump body, there are suction and exhaust valves. A centrifugal rotor with three vanes is installed, driven by centrifugal force. These vanes divide the inner space into three sections, and as the rotor rotates, the volume changes periodically. The suction, compression, and exhaust stages remove air from the inlet, creating a vacuum state.
