1. Application
This dry-type waste cable recycling machine is designed with advanced engineering and a rational structure for reliable operation. It can handle both thick and very thin wires effectively, ensuring a high separation efficiency. The system includes a feeding belt conveyor, heavy-duty crushing machine, feeding blower, vibrating screen, pulse dust collector, electrical control cabinet, and other components based on the actual requirements.
After processing, waste cables or wires are converted into copper pellets and plastic pellets. The mixed material (plastic and copper) moves in a wave-like pattern across the vibrating screen mesh. With airflow function and straight shock excitation, the cable jacket and core wire are separated, allowing copper particles, plastic pellets, and mixtures to be collected from different outlets. Metal is suctioned by magnets, while dust is directed to the dust collector through air pipes.
All operations are controlled via a PLC program, which allows the system to start and stop with a single button press. An operation interface video displays the working condition of key components, and any errors during operation will be shown on the screen for immediate attention.
The machine is easy to operate and maintain, with a separation purity of up to 99.9%. Its production capacity ranges from 200 kg to 5000 kg per hour.

12–14 weeks after receipt of the down payment.
6. Warranty:
A 26-month warranty is provided from the customs clearance date at the buyer's country port, excluding blades, screens, and other wearing parts. Equipment failure due to improper use is not covered under warranty. Spare parts will be supplied at cost price throughout the machine's lifetime.
