This tire strip cutting machine is ideal for recycling old tires. It is designed to extract steel wires and process the remaining parts into usable rubber powder or reclaimed rubber. The machine is part of a full production line that includes main machines and Accessories, suitable for both steel and textile tires.

The process flow includes: tire ring cutter → steel wire extractor → tire shredder → coarse rubber crusher → magnetic separator → vibrating screen 1 → fine rubber crusher → vibrating screen 2 → cyclone classifier → storage bin → rubber grinder → vibrating screen 3 → packaging. This system ensures high efficiency and environmental protection, with features like high iron/steel removal rate (>99.5%), fiber removal rate (>98%), compact structure, low energy consumption, and automatic control systems that reduce labor costs. The line is also equipped with SIEMENS and domestic brand electrical components.

Key processing method: Physical mechanical crushing at normal temperature, no chemicals required, no waste gas or wastewater, and cooling water is reused. Noise levels are within national standards (GB20055-2006), and the fineness of the rubber powder produced is adjustable (10–30 mesh).

2). XKP450 Rubber Crusher: Output: 7000–12000kg/24 hours for about 20 mesh granules.
3). XKP560 Rubber Crusher: Output: 10000–17000kg/24 hours for about 20 mesh granules.
