Fine cutting tooth processing technology (l) select high precision machine tools, such as ND-5, RF40/50, 5342 hobbing machine. (2) Use small diameter AA grade fine-cut hob to cut the teeth to ensure the accuracy of the tooth shape. (3) Hob cutter bar alignment accuracy.
