The electro-magnetic high intensity separators that produce 20,000 gauss; the rare earth magnetic separators are relatively inexpensive and can produce magnetic fields around 6,000 gauss. Magnetic separator is mainly used in wet separating of the fine minerals with strong ferromagnetism. The wet-type drum permanent magnetic separator is mainly suitable for wet separating of the following ores with the sizes less than 3mm, which are magnetite, magnetic pyrite, baking ore, and limonite and so on.

When the magnetic separation machine works, after the slurry is injected into the magnetic field, the strong magnetic mineral is adsorbed on the cylinder surface, the weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are successively excluded, the strong magnetic minerals adsorbed on the cylinder was taken out of the magnetic field with the rotation of the cylinder. Magnetic mineral particles to the magnetic system with the edge of the cylinder, under the action of the flushing water into the concentrate tank, a non-magnetic mineral particles and the magnetic particles is weak, the pulp flow in the tank to carry, and then discharge from the tailings port.

Models and sizes
 
The range of wet magnetic separators is composed of the series WS1200 with drum diameters of 1200 mm with a magnetically effective drum length up to 3678 mm in increments of 613 mm. The WS1200 series includes concurrent, counter-current and counterrotation tank designs.
The wet magnetic separators are primarily used for cobbing, roughing, cleaning and finishing purposes.
Concurrent and counter-current separators are designed for both single and multistage arrangements.
 
Magnetic drum assembly
 
The heart of the magnetic separator is the magnetic drum assembly which is composed of a stationary magnetic array mounted inside of a non-magnetic drum. During operation, the drum revolves around the magnetic assembly thereby transporting magnetically attracted material on the drum to the area designated for discharge.
The drum heads are normally cast from nonmagnetic aluminium alloy and the drum shell is manufactured from non-magnetic stainless steel. Drum shells are normally rubber or stainless steel covered against abrasion.
 
Magnetic systems
 
The magnetic system has alternating polarity and is comprised of six main poles and intermediate cross poles for maximising the magnetic flux. Other systems for special applications are also avalable

1. Project engineering design

The project engineering design includes the whole beneficiation flowsheet from the beginning of raw ore plie in the plant to the tailing transportation, general layout drawing, transportation in the plant, electricity power, automation, water supply and drainage, civil construction, foundation, technical economy and so on. The design drawings and documents will be sent to the buyers after the design was finished. This design only includes the gravity separation plant inside. The roads out of plant, the pipeline from the water source area to the plant, outside power system to transformer in the plant are not included.

2.Equipment manufacture and supply

We can supply the whole line of gold leaching plant, including:
a. crushing system
b. grinding and classification system
c. leaching system
d. desorption and electrowinning device
e. gold smelting system
Seller confirms the requested mechanical equipments in the whole plant during the project engineering design. After offer the detailed equipments list to the buyer for the confirmation, the seller produces the main equipments and purchases the auxiliary equipments.

4. Installation
(1)Manufacturing and installation of process metal structures of the plant:
Including steel hopper, steel chute, steel platforms for operation and steel support; excluding civil engineering, steel structure platform and steel structure work of the workshop.
