*Surface of steel tube should be smooth
*Without any fault such as crack, folding, layering or lap welding
*Ovality should be less than 1/2 of tolerance of outer diameter

2) Bearing
*Rollers adopt C3 deep groove radial ball bearings with bidirectional sealing to enhance water and dust resistance.

3) Seal
Non-contact seal:
This type of seal prevents contact between moving parts, creating a proper clearance. Advantages include:
*Minimal friction heat during operation
*No wear, ideal for high-speed and high-temperature environments
*Complex, narrow maze formed between inner and outer seal components
*Excellent water and dust protection performance.

4) Lubricating Oil
The purpose of lubrication is to reduce internal friction and wear, prevent seizing, and improve bearing life. Benefits include:

*Heat dissipation and cooling
*Prevention of foreign matter entering the bearing, or rust and corrosion
etc.

Tube cutting and bevel roughness are checked according to Ra max value (12.5–6.3μm). Bevel sizes at both ends must be equal without burrs. The cut surfaces must be parallel and checked to IT10 tolerance. See the table below for tolerance values (based on diameter).

Diameter tolerance for bearing housing installation stop must conform to H9 standard. Refer to the table below for size requirements.

Depth tolerance for one end of the bearing housing installation stop should be processed and checked to 0-0.2mm. The spacing between stops should also be within 0-0.2mm. The surface roughness of the processed tube should be 6.3–3.2μm (Ra max), with no burrs.
