*No cracks, folds, laminations, or lap welding defects
*Ovality should be less than 1/2 of the outer diameter tolerance

2) Bearing

3) Seal
Non-contact seal:
This type of seal does not involve contact between moving parts, and it maintains a proper clearance for sealing.

4) Lubricating Oil
The purpose of lubrication in rolling bearings is to reduce internal friction and wear, prevent seizing. The lubrication benefits include:

*Discharging friction heat and cooling
*Preventing foreign matter from entering the bearing or rust and corrosion

The bevel roughness of the tube cut should be checked according to the maximum Ra value (12.5–6.3μm). The bevel sizes on both ends must be equal without burrs. The cut surfaces on both ends of the tube should be parallel and checked at IT10 tolerance level. Please refer to the table below for tolerance values (based on diameter).

Diameter tolerance for the bearing housing installation stop should conform to H9 tolerance. For detailed size requirements, please refer to the table below.

The depth tolerance for one end of the bearing housing installation stop should be processed and checked within 0–0.2mm. The space distance tolerance for the bearing housing stop should be within 0–0.2mm. The surface roughness of the processed tube should be checked at 6.3–3.2μm (maximum Ra), with no burrs.
